It has an illustrated border containing a colour sketch, inscribed 'Armentiers (sic) 1922' showing church with shattered roof and tower: there are also four figures (2 knights and Christ upon and carrying the cross) on each edge and the years on coloured backgrounds in each corner. The names, in two columns, are in the centre.
