Description: In the South Transept, a bronze wall monument consisting of an inscribed memorial tablet with shaped pediment, above which is a bracket bearing figures of the crucified Christ being borne up to heaven by a large-winged angel.
Inscription: AUSTRALIA, CANADA, CEYLON, NEW ZEALAND, SOUTH AFRICA To the Glory of God and to the undying Honour of those 4,300 Brave Sons of Britain beyond the Seas who gave their lives for love of the Motherland in the South African War, 1899-1902 (line spacing not known)
