Description: BRASS PLAQUE MOUNTED ON A WOOD BACKBOARD IN ALCOVE, WITH CANADIAN RED ENSIGN (OLD STYLE) ALONGSIDE. TWO MAPLE LEAF ENGRAVINGS ON THE PLAQUE, ONE WITH CROWN SUPERIMPOSED.
Inscription: THIS FLAG WAS BROKEN ON THE/ 23RD OCTOBER 1921 BY HRH/ THE DUKE OF CONNAUGHT KG/ OVER THE TOMB OF GENERAL WOLFE/ IN COMMEMORATION OF HIS GLORIOUS DEATH/ AND FRUITFUL VICTORY AND IN GRATEFUL/ RECOGNITION OF THE GALLANT SERVICES OF/ THE CANADIAN FORCES DURING THE WAR 1914 - 1918
