    Description
A charitable foundation to provides homes and rehabilitative support to vulnerable and disabled former service personnel. A block of flats finished in red brick and white stone has the name on the south face and commemorative tablets on the west face. The large white stone tablet consists of three panels separated by two pilasters which support an open segmental pediment. Within the pediment is a rectangular stone tablet with laurel leaf and scroll in relief, and in its centre is a lozenge with a red and gold mosaic design. An upper frieze carries the dates in upright block lettering in relief and has a cornice and frieze below it. The bases of the pilasters sit on brackets which have the lower tablet between them and a frieze at the sides. A separate tablet is positioned centrally below the main one. Inscriptions are incised in upright capital block lettering.
