    Description
Group of three Commando figures wearing characteristic cap comforters, battle dress and webbing, standing on stone cairn. Close by is a low, formalised, circular walled enclosure "Area of Remembrance" for flowers and commemorations. Individual memorial plaques and crosses throughout the enclosure. The Area of Remembrance was built because the area around the main memorial was getting very messy with flowers and commemorations placed there so anything placed around the memorial is now removed. The Area of Remembrance is being refurbished in April / May 2022. Plaque commemorating the sculptor in the Area of Remembrance.
