Inscription: TO THE GLORY OF GOD THIS REPRESENTATION OF THE ATONEMENT IS PLACED ON THE CHANCEL WALL IN MEMORY OF PERCIVAL JOHN RAM, 2nd LIEUT. MANCHESTER REGIMENT, SCHOLAR OF PEMBROKE COLLEGE, CAMBRIDGE, KILLED IN ACTION AT MAMETS 1st JULY 1916. GREATER LOVE HATH NO MAN THAN THIS, THAT HE LAY DOWN HIS LIFE FOR HIS FRIENDS.
