    Description
The east chancel window. At its foot, the arms of the Province of Canterbury and the Diocese of Llandaff flank an Annunciation scene with a lily crucifix at the centre. At the centre of the window is the enthroned Virgin and Child in an architectural setting with St Christopher bearing the infant Christ to the left and St Michael the Archangel to the right. Outside are standing figures of St Martin of Tours (left) and St Patrick (right), the symbols of the Four Evangelists and three medallions portraying Old Testament prophets (Jeremiah, Isaiah and Ezekiel) above. The head of the window displays the martyrdom of St Sebastian, Christ enthroned as King of Heaven surrounded by angels holding the instruments of his Passion, and St George slaying the dragon. A brass plaque recording the service and death of Brigadier General R Barnett Barker and the dedication of the window is fixed to the wall at the east end of the south bank of choir stalls.
