Description: Cottage Hospital, which has been altered and added to over the years. The sandstone commemorative tablet is mounted on a free-standing section of red brick wall, presumably having been removed from a section of the original building which has been redeveloped in the past. This, in turn, has been moved at some time to a new position in front of a modern extension.
