Description: Incised marble tablet located on the west wall of the church to the memory of Private Leslie Henry Worssam of this parish. The badge of the Honourable Artillery Company is in the top left corner with Private Worssam's initials inside a laurel wreath in the top right.
Inscription: IN LOVING MEMORY OF / LESLIE HENRY WORSSAM / private in the Honourable Artillery Company / eldest son of Henry John and Caroline Worssam / of this parish who fell in action in France on / February 8th, 1917 aged 32 years / Alone the heights of death he trod / Translated from the warfare of the world / Unto the peace of GOD
