Description: A two-stepped base supports a tapering plinth surmounted by a Latin cross. Inlaid lead inscription on all four faces of the plinth and east face of the base. The memorial is surrounded by kerbs with corner posts.
Inscription: South Face: In Loving Memory/ of/ CAPT PERCY C. D. EVANS BMG. O./ 114TH INFANTRY BRIGADE, B. E. F./ THE DEARLY BELOVED HUSBAND OF/ SARAH ANNIE EVANS,/ AND SON-IN-LAW OF THE AFORESAID/ JAMES AND ELIZA COGGINS,/ WHO DIED OF WOUNDS IN FRANCE./ DEC. 23RD 1915, AGED 42 YEARS./ “THY WILL BE DONE.”/
