Description: Ornate, grey marble tablet with black inlaid lettering on a darker grey marble backboard. The tablet has a triangular pedastelled arch under which is a carved laurel wreath. The arch is supported by fluted pillars.
Inscription: August 4th 1914. November 11th 1918./ To the GLORY of GOD, and in proud/ and undying memory of those of/ our number who in the Great War/ made the Supreme Sacrifice./ (Names)/ Erected by the members of the Church/ and Congregation.
