Description: Wall mounted, landscape oriented, mould-edged, nowy-headed tablet with a "Dead Man's Penny" inserted flush at top centre. Incised name and last verse of inscription infilled with light blue paint and the remaining incised inscription infilled with black paint.
Inscription: SACRED TO THE MEMORY OF / PERCY BARON RICHENS / BORN IN THIS PARISH 31st. JULY 1890 / WHO LOST HIS LIFE WHEN SERVING IN / H.M. SUBMARINE E.34 IN THE NORTH SEA / 20th. JULY 1918 / THE PATH OF OF THE JUST IS AS THE SHINING LIGHT
