Description: Landscaped gardens with a dedication plaque and 36 bricks with individual names of WW1 fallen, and a brass sundial on a stone plinth commemorating WW2.
Inscription: 1. Dedication plaque. Gyratory Garden/ Maintained by/ Stour Valley Lions/ This garden was dedicated as a Centenary Field on 31st May 2015/ in memory of the 36 Shipston men who fell in the Great War/ 1914-1918 so that their sacrifice should not be forgotten. 2. Sundial. THIS SUNDIAL WAS PROVIDED BY THE/ TOWNSPEOPLE OF SHIPSTON IN 1995/ TO COMMEMORATE 50 YEARS SINCE THE/ ENDING OF THE SECOND WORLD WAR/ IT WAS REDEDICATED ON THE 8th MAY 2020/ TO COMMEMORATE THE 75th ANNIVERSARIES OF/ VE & VJ DAY
