Description: BRASS PLAQUE MOUNTED ONTO A ON POLISHED OGEE MARBLE BACKBOARD. ACANTHUS LEAF BORDER ON THE PLAQUE. CROWN AT THE LEFT HAND CORNER, HARP AT THE TOP RIGHT HAND CORNER, ROSETTE AT THE BOTTOM LEFT HAND CORNER AND SHAMROCK AT THE BOTTOM RIGHT HAND CORNER OF THE PLAQUE. REGIMENTAL BADGE AT THE BOTTOM CENTRE OF THE PLAQUE ENAMELLED SILVER PLAQTE AT THE TOP LEFT CORNER OF THE PLAQUE. IT DEPICTS A HORSE AND RIDER IN ARMY UNIFORM FILLED IN WITH BLACK ENAMEL. ON THE HORIZON IS A RED HALF SCORED SUN SET IN A GREY SKY.
Inscription: IN LOVING MEMORY OF/ RUPERT GEORGE BOOSEY/ 2ND LIEUT. 4TH ROYAL IRISH/ DRAGOON GUARDS, YOUNGEST/ SON OF CHARLES THOMAS AND JULIA/ MAY BOOSEY KILLED IN ACTION NEAR YPRES/ FLANDERS 24TH MAY 1915 AGED 20 YEARS
