    Tablet of two panels. Panels are divided by a carved cross with rays at intersection of the arms which is surmounted by a domed pediment. Incised inscription, with the Royal Flying Corps wings insignia above Welsford inscription and Grenade Fired of the Royal Fusiliers above Whitwell Owen inscription.
