    Wall mounted rectangular tablet surmounted by stepped and moulded cornice which projects over the tablet. The inscription is in incised Roman capitals surmounted by cross and the bottom section of the inscription in italics.

    TO THE DEAR MEMORY OF/ PHYLLIS GUILLEMARD/ ARMY NURSING SERVICE. V.A.D./ DIED ON DUTY NOV. 28. 1916. AGED 25/ 2ND DAUGHTER OF WALTER GEO. GUILLEMARD. M.A./ ASSISTANT MASTER IN HARROW SCHOOL./ THEY SHALL GROW NOT OLD AS WE THAT ARE LEFT GROW OLD,/ AGE SHALL NOT WEARY THEM NOR THE YEARS CONDEMN,/ AT THE GOING DOWN OF THE SUN AND IN THE MORNING/ WE WILL REMEMBER THEM.
