Description: Large granite stone with a triangular top standing at the head of a plot bordered by low kerbs of the same material. The plot has been planted with pink heather that has largely overgrown the kerbs.
Inscription: ALSO 2ND LIEUT. C. F. S. RHODES, / 11TH CHESHIRE REGT. / EL SON OF THE ABOVE, / WHO WAS KILLED IN ACTION AT MESSINES RIDGE / 7TH JUNE 1917, AGED 23 YEARS. / REUNITED.
