    Description
    Large, rectangular, bronze plaque with narrow decorated borders surrounding the five sections of the memorial. Dedication and names are in raised, capital script. Two raised, circular flowers are located at the bottom corners.

    1914-1919 EMPLOYEES AT THE ORWELL WORKS WHO DIED FOR THEIR COUNTRY IN THE GREAT WAR. ERECTED IN 1919 BY THEIR PROUD AND GRATEFUL EMPLOYEES.
