Description: A wooden board in an elaborate wooden frame consisting of side pilasters with a curved pediment. The emblem of Surrey County Cricket Club is at the top centre of the pediment, with foliage carved in relief below. The first part of the inscription is carved on small wooden board beneath the foliage. The names are in two columns on the main part of the board, and the final part of the inscription is on a small wooden board in the centre of the lower part of the frame.
