Description: Nowy-headed wooden backboard containing five bronze plaques. The first, bearing the main inscription, is oriented horizontally at the top of the frame, below a small cross. The other four are arranged vertically below, and contain the surnames, initials, ranks and regiments of the fallen.
Inscription: TO THE GLORY OF GOD/ IN MEMORY OF THOSE OF CLEVEDON WHO FELL IN/ THE GREAT WAR 1914-1919/ (NAMES AND REGIMENTS)
