    Description
    Tall Celtic style wheel cross on tapering plinth, and two stepped base. Copy of St martins cross at iona. On the east side are revolving circles amongst which serpents intertwine. On the west side are scripture scenes surmounted by the infant Christ in a stable watched by an ox and an ass.

    TO THE GLORY OF GOD/ AND IN NEVER DYING MEMORY/ OF THOSE DULLINGHAM SOLDIERS/ WHO GAVE THEIR LIVES/ IN THE GREAT WAR OF 1914 - 19/ THAT WE BEING DELIVERED OUT OF THE/ HAND OF OUR ENEMIES MIGHT SERVE HIM/ WITHOUT FEAR ALL THE DAYS OF OUR LIFE (SIC)
