    Description
Large altar with three wall panels, the outer two carrying the names, set in an ornate frame and mounted above a table-like base. Above the panels is a shield bearing a cross: the wall panels have fretwork at their top and the centre panel carries a statue of Saint George, holding a sword with a dragon at his feet. Beneath the panels is a base decoration in the form of banners, swords and a soldier's helmet, all laid down, this being above the engraved commemoration. The table-like base below abuts the wall. The names are in gilt lettering and two single columns.
