    TALL CELTIC WHEEL CROSS ON A SQUARE PLINTH WITH NAMES IN EIGHT RECESSED ELLIPTICAL PANELS ON THE PLINTH. EACH PANEL CARRIES EITHER THE COMMEMORATION OR A SINGLE COLUMN OF NAMES: REGIMENTAL OR SERVICE BADGES ABOVE EACH COLUMN OF NAMES. THERE IS A SEPARET PANEL FOR CIVILIAN CASUALTIES IN WW2.
