Type of Memorial: Obelisk
WMR Reference Number: 14569
Description: Short, stout, tapering obelisk rising directly from a square concrete base platform. Obelisk is constructed from randomly selected stone with strapwork pointing between joints. Small inscription tablet at midway position on 6 o'clock face. Portrait orientated tablets with names, on 9 & 12 o'clock faces. The memorial platform is enclosed by a post & chain fence.
Inscription: ''LEST WE FORGET.''/ DEDICATED TO THOSE / WHO GAVE THEIR LIFE / FOR THEIR COUNTRY. /''We Will Remember Them.''
