    Description
    Three-stepped hexagonal base surmounted by a square sectioned plinth and a tall octagonal sectioned tapering shaft with Clipsham stone cross, upon which, is a canopy and crucifixion of Christ. Inscription lettering in relief. The original figure of Christ now held within the Church. The cross is set within a Garden of Remembrance with a portrait orientated recessed moulded-frame incorporating a stone tablet set into perimeter wall. Inscription lettering in relief.

    Maintenance History
    1994; Original plaster figure of Christ was damaged by vandals, so consequently removed, repaired & mounted within the Church, above IWM ref. 14809 memorials. Replacement figure constructed from copper impregnated resin.
