SECOND PART - NAME LIST SUPPORTED BY TWO STONE FURLED FLAGS. THIRD PART - WW2 NAMES ON BOARD SHELF. FINAL PART - INSCRIPTION. TOP PANEL HAS RAISED GOLD DECORATIONS OF HALF PALMETTES ON EACH SIDE WITH A SCROLL FLORIATE DESIGN SUPPORTING THE CENTRAL WREATH
