Description: Wall mounted, portrait oriented brass plaque incorporating a Latin cross partially within a raised wreath at top centre. A dual-line border band housing square floriate designs along its route and interrupted at each corner by slightly larger floriate designs, encloses the wreath, cross, inscription and names. Text, border band and designs engraved and infilled with black paint. Cross infilled with red paint.
Inscription: TO THE GLORY OF GOD / AND IN MEMORY OF THE / MEN FROM THIS PARISH / WHO GAVE THEIR LIVES / IN THE GREAT WAR 1914- / 1918. THE SIDE CHAPEL / WAS RESTORED TO ITS / FORMER USE / (8 NAMES) / "Greater love hath no man than this / that a man lay down his life for / his friends." St. John. XV.13
