Description: Large stone cross in the style of a CWGC cross with inset bronze sword on east face. Bronze oak leaf wreath placed at the base of one side of the cross shaft. The whole is set on a three stepped octagonal plinth. An inscription around the top of the top plinth with WW1 names underneath. An inscription around the base of the top plinth with WW2 names underneath on the middle and lower plinths. The plinth is set on two stone steps.
Inscription: Around top of top plinth: IN MEMORY OF/ THOSE SOLDIERS/ WHO DIED DURING/ THE GREAT WAR/ 1914-1919/ AND ARE/ RECORDED AS/ RESTING HERE/ (WW1 names) Around bottom of top plinth: IN MEMORY OF/ THOSE SOLDIERS/ WHO DIED DURING/ THE WORLD WAR/ 1939-1945/ AND ARE/ RECORDED AS/ RESTING HERE/ (WW2 names)
