    Description
    Statue of the Angel of Victory holding a laurel wreath in her right hand and with a flagpole resting on her left arm. The statue is set on a granite plinth on a stepped sandstone base. The plinth bears the dedication on the front face below a bronze laurel wreath. The names are set out on the side faces of the plinth and the top steps of the base below. All lettering is in lead and attached to the base. The whole is surrounded by privet hedging on three sides and a spiked metal fence set on a low brick wall at the front.
