- ROUGH HEWN BLOCK OF HEWORTH STONE ON A SIMILAR BASE. SMOOTH TABLET INSET AT THE FRONT. IT IS SURROUND BY A SMALL FLOWER BED AND A LOW WHITE FENCE LAUREL WREATH CARVED IN LOW RELIEF AT THE TOP OF THE MEMORIAL.
