    Description
    Four-stepped, hexagonal base surmounted by an hexagonal sectioned plinth with platform-capped top, pad stone, shaft and lantern cross. Incised inscription on side of plinth. The whole memorial stands on a lawn in the grounds of Rugby School, adjacent to the road.
