    Men of Elland - WW1 and WW2

    Current Location

According to both Hornshaw and Fowler and Malcolm Bull (see references), the memorial was originally intended to be erected outside the Town Hall but that idea was dropped, reportedly on the grounds that to do so would constantly remind relatives of their loss., Park entrance, 2, Hullen Edge Road, Elland, Calderdale, West Yorkshire, HX5 0QY, England
