Description: Oval wood board, probably oak, the longer axis horizontal. Round the edge is a border of intertwined leaves and berries carved in low relief, then the first part of the dedication and names in two columns, and the remainder of the dedication, all incised in black lettering.
Inscription: TO THE GLORY OF GOD/ THIS TABLET IS ERECTED BY THE MEMBERS OF/ THE LANGLEYS WAR HOSPITAL SUPPLY DEPOT,/ IN GRATEFUL MEMORY OF THOSE DEAR TO THEM AND THE PEOPLE/ OF THIS PARISH, WHO WERE KILLED IN ACTION, OR DIED SERVING/ THEIR COUNTRY DURING THE GREAT WAR 1914-1919/ (NAMES)/ FAITHFUL UNTO DEATH
