    Description
    Three light Stained glass window. LEFT LIGHT DEPICTS ST GEORGE, CENTRAL LIGHT DEPICTS ST MICHAEL AND RIGHT LIGHT SHOWS ST NICHOLAS. INSCRIPTION ON SCROLL-EFFECT AT TOP AND BOTTOM. There is one person not on the memorial: Agnes Morley, who was killed in the village in 1915, by an incendiary bomb which landed on her house when dropped from a Zeppelin. She was the first woman to be killed in mainland Britain and received a "heroine's" funeral. The event was widely reported in the papers of the time.
