    Description
    Latin cross surmounting a tapering column, octagonal plinth and two stepped base. The symbols of the four leading British colonies are carved just below the cross, and the British emblems of the Rose, Leek, Thistle and Shamrock are carved at the base of the column. The tablets with incised inscriptions are set into the plinth. The memorial stands in a gravelled court, surrounded by shrubbery.
