Moved from original site in 1991 when the building (the chapel of the former Holloway Sanatorium) was disused and in disrepair. Kept for some years at St Mary's Church, Thorpe, Surrey. Re-installed in original location, now the community centre for the Virginial Park redevelopment of the former hospital, in 1997.
