Description: Rectangular brass plaque on a slightly larger, wall mounted wooden backboard. The plaque has the engraved names of the parishioners in alphabetical order which are segmented into four columns by three vertical lines.
Inscription: TO THE MEMORY OF THE FALLEN FROM THIS PARISH / IN THE GREAT WAR 1914 - 1919 / (NAMES) / THEY ARE THINE O LORD THOU LOVER OF SOULS WIS. XI. 26.
