WMR Reference Number: 24047
Description: Plain Latin cross on tapering plinth and two stepped base. Set in low walled enclosure with pillars and black metal gates and chain. Brass plaque with WWI names mounted on 6 o'clock face of plinth, with smaller brass plaque with WW2 names mounted below on top. Bronze wreath in centre of cross on 6 o'clock face.
Inscription: Upper plaque: TO OUR GLORIOUS DEAD/ 1914 - 1918/ (32 names)/ "THEY DIED THAT WE MIGHT LIVE" Lower plaque: 1939 - 1945/ (8 names)
