    Description
    On small island near Menai Bridge. Square base surmounted by raking step, plinth with rounded sides and tall in-filled Celtic wheel cross. The head of the cross has a circular surround, with rounded arms extending outwards and the inner cross arms divided by 3-sided celtic knots. Column with chamfered angles and tapering sides with recessed carved panels. Inscription on the sides of the plinth and step in black lettering.

    SOME DAMAGE FROM BIRD DROPPINGS. SOME OF INSCRIPTION HARD TO READ 2019: There are two rows of names in a recess between the main base and the sloping part below. Some of these are obscured by dirt of some sort. 2007-War Memorials Trust gave a grant of £1,500 to clean the stonework with water and soft bristle brushes, cracks were grouted and joints re-pointed. The lettering was also repainted.
