    Rectangular white marble tablet with ornately carved pediment, mounted on a dark wood backboard. Dedication in raised black capital script. The memorial is inside the church with limited access. Similar tablets placed in Horeb Chapel (ref 24464) and Paradwys Chapel (ref 24465).
