    STONE CLOCK TOWER WITH FACE ON EACH OF FOUR SIDES. BELL TOWER WITH WEATHER VANE AT TOP. NICHE AT GROUND LEVEL WITH LARGE STONE TABLET BEARING NAMES IN INCISED BLACK LETTERING.. TABLET IS ARCHED AT TOP, WITH CORNISH BADGE AND MOTTO NICHE IS SEALED WITH WROUGHT IRON GATES.
