    Wall mounted, landscape oriented engraved brass plaque. A dual-line border, intersecting at each corner, encloses the inscription and name. First letters of principal words, numerals and line border infilled with red paint. Remaining text infilled with black paint.

    In Loving Memory of / WILLIAM GEOFFREY VYVYAN, / Captain 1st.. Bttn. Royal Welch Fusiliers, / Youngest son of the / Revd. H. F, Vyvyan and Augusta Clara, his wife. / He died in the hands of the Germans of wounds he received in the / action of Zonnebeke, Belgium, while fighting for his country, / October 24th.. 1914.
