BRASS PLAQUE WITH WITH TOP AND BOTTOM LINES OF THE INSCRIPTION IN RED LETTERING AND THE REMAINDER BLACK. PLAQUE IS FIXED BY SCREWS IN FORM OF ROSES.

TO THE GLORY OF GOD AND IN GRATEFUL MEMORY OF THE FOLLOWING MEN OF THIS PARISH WHO GAVE THEIR LIVES FOR THEIR COUNTRY IN THE GREAT WAR 1914-19/ (NAMES)/ "THE SOULS OF THE RIGHTEOUS ARE IN THE HAND OF GOD AND THERE SHALL BE TORMENT TOUCH THEM."
