    Nowy-headed engraved brass plaque attached to a wall mounted nowy-headed black stone backboard. Additional plaque for WW2 names appended to the base. Royal crest top centre with arms of England, Ireland, Scotland and Wales in the corners. Each is linked by a foliate border. Foliate border also around three sides of the WW2 inscription
