    Marble tablet bearing inscription (Green Malachite and Serpentine) and cameo of the badge of the Royal Wiltshire Yeomanry. Lettering is carved in black.

AND FANNY P. COOPER OF THIS PARISH./ HE WAS MORTALLY WOUNDED ON WELSH RIDGE/ AND DIED 29 JANUARY 1918, AGED 28 YEARS./ HIS BODY RESTS IN THE ENGLISH MILITARY CEMETERY/ OF NEUVILLE-BOURJAVAL, FRANCE/ DEO PATRIA REGE/ LET THOSE WHO COME AFTER SEE TO IT THAT HIS NAME IS NOT FORGOTTEN
