Inscription: (Centre tablet): ERECTED / IN PROFOUND AND GRATEFUL / REMEMBRANCE OF THOSE MEN / FROM THIS CHURCH AND SCHOOL / WHO FELL IN THE GREAT WAR / 1914-1918 / THEY DIED THAT WE MIGHT LIVE IN FREEDOM / (Names) AND AS A TRIBUTE TO THOSE / NAMED IN THE SIDE PANELS / WHO SERVED IN THE WAR.
