- Foundation stone supporting a single-stepped square base surmounted by a shallow, square sectioned sub-plinth, tall square sectioned upper plinth, moulded capstone and tapering obelisk. Incised primary inscription on front face of upper plinth and secondary inscription on front face of sub-plinth. Incised names on three other faces of upper plinth and one face of sub-plinth.
