Description: Wall mounted, landscape orientated nowy-headed oak backboard surmounted by a nowy-headed brass plaque. Raised Cross at top centre, below which, raised inscriptions and names, are all enclosed by a raised, decoratively lined border band incorporating small flower heads, raised and spaced along the banding.
Inscription: + / TO THE GLORY OF GOD AND IN MEMORY OF / THE MEN OF LEWKNOR WHO GAVE THEIR LIVES / IN THE GREAT WAR 1914 -1919. / (9 NAMES) / "MAKE THEM TO BE NUMBERED WITH THY SAINTS"
