Description: Four-stepped base surmounted by a square sectioned plinth, shaft with an integral portland stone, terminal armed cross. WW1 incised inscription on plinth, WW2 incised inscription on two steps of base.
Inscription: TO THE GLORY OF GOD AND IN EVER GRATEFUL MEMORY OF THE MEN OF SOUTH STOKE WHO LAID DOWN THEIR LIVES IN THE GREAT WAR 1914-1918 / (15 NAMES) / THEIR NAME SHALL ENDURE FOR EVER / AND IN 1939-1945 / (2 NAMES)
