Description: Three-stepped rectangular base surmounted by a tapering square sectioned plinth, rectangular sectioned shaft and wheel cross. Inscription and names in black lettering on all side faces of plinth. Multiple ornate Celtic designs carved in relief, on face of shaft, cross and also, flanking inscriptions and names areas on each plinth face.
